Not the right style or colors, a month late, no free bow tie.

I strongly do not recommend this subscription service. I have tried to cancel on the website and by email and they just ignore me. The first shipment was a month late and the single (no free bow tie included) tie I received was not in the style I asked for or close to any of the colors I put on the subscription. The person I purchased this for was not happy and you will probably not be either. In the meantime I will continue to try and cancel and get my money back.
