We make shipping and returns simple and easy.

Shipping Information

  • Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all US orders of $40 or more.
  • $15 flat rate shipping on all international orders.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on the next business day
  • Orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 2-4 business days of shipping.

International Shipping Terms:

  • Packages will be shipped via USPS first class mail.  International transit time can take up to 2-4 weeks depending on the speed of customs at the time of arrival.
  • We can't guarantee that your shipment won't be delayed with your country's Customs Department. Unfortunately, it happens every once in awhile, which we cannot control, but we'll do our best to help you if this occurs. 
  • Local post office policies are out of our control. If International Package is returned due to customer not being present for delivery, or other situation, the customer will be responsible for paying for shipping for the subsequent shipping attempt.
  • Customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct as we can only verify international addresses in CA, GB, AU, DE, FR, NO, ES, SE, IL, and IT.

We know you'll love your new bow ties. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn bow ties to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund or exchange (customer is responsible for return postage).

Shipping charges are not refundable. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that has been worn or opened.
